President and Chief Executive Officer, M.Sc
Mr. Louis Veilleux is co-founder of Sologlobe and brings more than fifteen years of experience in technology solutions and logistics operations to his role of President and CEO. Since the Company’s inception, Louis has led in the effort to grow the company by generating demand for its software and services, while strengthening the companys product and image.
He was previously a Logistics Officer for the Department of National Defence of Canada, responsible for Logistics Support for overseas operations. Then in the role of Senior Consultant in IT for an international logistics consulting firm, he helped multi-national companies to select and implement large scale logistical solutions.
Louis graduated with a B.Sc from the Royal Military College of St-Jean and also holds an M.Sc in Operational Research from the University of Montreal.
Executive Vice-president, MBA
Mr. Emmanuel Langlois joined the management team of Sologlobe in September 1999, as VP of Operations. Since, he is participating actively to the growth of the company being involved in the business development, product evolution and marketing aspects of the company.
Emmanuel has more than twenty years in various management positions in logistics operations and technology solutions. He previously worked for the Department of National Defence of Canada as a Logistics Officer and was responsible for logistics support for overseas operations with the United Nations and NATO. He was also involved in large scale logistics IT projects for the Canadian Force Supply System (CFSS).
At Sologlobe, he has led important implementations of IT projects, in many different industries with numerous multinational companies. Emmanuel has a BA degree from the Royal Military College of St-Jean and also possesses a M.B.A. from the HEC University of Montreal.
Vice-President Operations and General Manager, MA
As Vice-President Operations and General Manager, Serge oversees the management of all Sologlobe operations and project delivery. He brings with him more than 25 years of experience in general management of operations and implementation of large logistical and continuous improvement deployment strategies. Recognized for his motivational leadership, customer focus, strong people skills, cohesive team building, and solid results-oriented approaches, he unifies diverse groups during periods of extensive growth.
Prior to joining Sologlobe, Serge held various senior leadership positions with Medtronic, Alcan Pharmaceutical Packaging, Bombardier Transportation, and as a Logistics Officer in the Department of National Defence of Canada. He holds a Masters degree in Economics from Laval University, and a B. Adm from the Royal Military College of St-Jean. He is presently completing a third cycle degree (D3C) in Administration at Sherbrooke University. Serge is also a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black belt.
Vice-President Sales and Partner Channel
As Vice-President of Sales & Partner Channel, Luc is responsible for worldwide organization strategies, including sales and partner development. With a career that spans over 35 years in Senior Sales Executive positions, he brings to the team strong business and sales skills, vast International market experience, and strong leadership. Prior to joining Sologlobe, Luc established himself as an energetic and tenacious leader during successful tenures at Dynacom, 20-20 Technologies and IBM Canada.
Focused on Solution Selling, Luc consistently delivers the highest level of satisfaction to a wide variety of partners and customer groups. Luc holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Concordia University.
Vice President Technology and Chief Technology Officer, Ph.D
Mr. Daniel Lauzon co-founded Sologlobe in 1997. As the CTO, he is responsible for the strategic technological orientation of the product and oversees all R&D activities. Over a six year period he was responsible for the development and evolution of the SOLOCHAIN product.
Daniel has worked in the technology industry for more than twenty years. At IBM Laboratory in Ottawa, he was responsible for project development and also worked for a variety of IT projects in the Middle-East. In addition, over a twelve year period Daniel worked at the Communication Research Center (CRC) where he lead various important research projects. Daniel possesses an M.Sc in Operational Research and a Ph.D in Computer Science.
